The park offers a place to ground your energy so that you may connect with Self & Spirit, just in time for Spring Equinox, perfect for fresh, new beginnings.

Coffee & Connection- you've arrived and you need a moment to ground yourself within the retreat space with a hot cup of coffee or herbal tea, with the freedom to take a tour of the venue space or mingle with new friends before the first event

Forest Therapy- you'll be guided by a certified forest therapy guide, helping you connect with yourself through connecting with nature, enjoying a grounding experience

Loving Yourself Exercise- designed to be experiential in nature to keep you fully engaged as you are professionally guided toward self-compassion, followed by an introduction to a powerful tapping technique that helps you move through blocks to Self-Love

Loving Yourself Through Creative Expression - you'll be coached through a process to help you create like no one is watching, a time to let go of perfectionism and welcome flow

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your registration before February 19th, 2022.

No refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, or travel delays. 100% refund for illness, regardless of the date.

This cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions, if you choose to cancel your participation in this retreat for any reason other than illness.
